WHAT ARE HUMAN FACTORS OF LITIGATION?

HUMAN FACTORS IS THE SCIENCE OF UNDERSTANDING and APPLYING PROPERTIES OF HUMAN CAPABILITIES - the mental state, the emotional state, the human capabilities and limitations, and conditions affecting decision making…..all to improve the human to machine interface in your case and reduce the risk of human failure.

In 2006, we applied those principals of aviation best outcomes and transferred them to how lawyers approach cases. We focused on:

  1. How to apply human factors to the design of the trial model

  2. Development of the model

  3. Deployment of that model, and

  4. The art of ensuring successful application of human factors principles into the working trial environment.

The Triune Litigation Model™ was born. This model features the application of basic human neuroscience, the fundamentals of instruction, and imprinting techniques to improve your trial development and presentation.
